Established in 1989 Stepping Out is a family run business with a clear goal to give the best possible service to both online customers and to those who prefer to visit the store.
While our experienced staff are always on hand to help and advise when required, we offer a relaxed and friendly environment for you to shop in. This policy extends to our online customers who are kept informed and advised quickly if the need arises. We appreciate the confidence so many customers have shown in our online service, and now supply goods throughout the UK and internationally.
We have sponsored and supported many local charities, including local schools who take part in World Challenge and Operation Raleigh expeditions, and in particular our local hospice (St Nicholas’ Hospice) whose supporters have for many years mounted fund raising expeditions.
