Caroline is the Founder of Aube Coaching – an Executive and Team Coaching partner to global organisations. Caroline’s practice focuses on working with CEO’s and C Suite Executives partnering with them to effect real and systemic change both within themselves and across their organisations.

Her previous roles include working with PwC, and international experience with Hughes Christensen and FINEOS Corporation. She most recently led the boutique coaching firm TOWARD Ltd as Managing Director. She is an accredited Stepping Out Coach and highly sought after across a range of sectors.

Caroline is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and an Accredited Professional Executive coach with the AC. She uses a range of psychometric tools and somatic coaching techniques to unlock change and potential for her clients. Caroline’s work has been described as “game changing’ by her CEO client base.

In recent years, when not building up her airmiles, Caroline has the privilege of co-parenting 3 epic children (their description) and trying to tire out an energetic Labrador. She also dances and competes as part of a troupe across UK and Ireland.

Caroline lives in Co Down, Northern Ireland and practices on a global basis.
