Pauline Caldwell is the founder of Momentum Business Consulting, a people focussed consultancy and executive coaching business. She is also a Non-Executive Director for two organisations.
In June 2020, during the first lockdown, Pauline took the opportunity to re-evaluate her life – and her career. She decided to take a break from her 20-year-long HR career, inspired by her own experience of stepping back in order to move forward, Pauline realised her future lay in helping others to make the most of theirs. Pauline is an accredited Stepping out Coach and holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Systemic Team Coaching certificate via the Academy of Executive Coaching.
Previously Pauline was the Global HR Director of Clyde & Co LLP, an international law firm.
Pauline is an HR professional with extensive experience of supporting leaders in delivering through their people in a business first, commercially focussed, supportive yet challenging way.
Her key areas of expertise cover people leadership & development, compensation & remuneration, succession planning, ED&I and relationship management.
Pauline lives in Kent and practices across the UK.
