Denyse founded her coaching practice, Positively You (2008), supporting senior leaders and their teams internationally across all sectors, in organisational and personal transformational change.

 

She is an accredited Stepping Out Coach (2020).

 

A member of the Association for Coaching (AC) in their first UK cohort applying neuroscience research to coaching practice, Denyse is a co-contributor to their publication, Mastery in Coaching, (Kogan Page 2014).

• BP and Texaco at the start of her career in Trinidad.

 

A former Non-Executive Director and trustee of Young Enterprise UK, she has worked on executive committees of Government Projects (New Deal and Fair Cities).

 

Denyse holds an MBA, University of Bradford Management Centre, BSc (Hons) Biochemistry, Imperial College of Science and Technology, London, and is International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Switzerland, and McKinsey leadership trained.

 

Mother of two, she competes internationally in Latin and ballroom dancing, is a commissioned artist, enjoys strategic board games, and performs with the Heart and Soul choir and Urban Fox steel orchestra.
