Emma is an experienced, professionally qualified coach working with C suite executives. She is an accredited Stepping Out Coach (2020) and holds a Professional Certificate of Coaching from Henley Business School.

Her purpose is all about helping individuals and organisations to unlock their potential and flourish, including bringing her own experience of undergoing a stepping out journey, having moved from an executive corporate career into a plural career of consulting, coaching and board roles. She loves the diversity, challenge and freedom this brings and how it aligns with her purpose.

She has been an independent coach and consultant for 6 years, following 25 years working in senior leadership roles in HR and Commercial with 4 FTSE 100 companies; including leading the talent functions globally for Cadbury and Unilever.

 

Much of her corporate career was spent internationally, with stints

in France, Russia and USA.

​

Emma lives in Central London with her husband and loves the city. She is a proud step mum, auntie and godmother, as well as a passionate Welsh rugby supporter.
