Jo followed her passion and is on her own Stepping Out adventure after 25 years working in global manufacturing and operations. She has an International portfolio across many disciplines with a specialism of Senior leader / team coaching, facilitation and Organisation & People development.

 

Jo had been a practicing coach for the past 10 years, as a Global Corporative Executive business coach, within her own private coaching practice and is now an accredited Stepping Out Coach.
