Kevin is an established leadership coach who has been facilitating the development of leaders and teams for his 32-year career in multiple contexts from the anti-Apartheid movement, state and community organisations and global corporates.

 

Previously he was the Group Head of Organisational Development for Tullow Oil plc. Now, through his established coaching practice, Switched on Leaders, Kevin supports diverse senior leaders and top teams in multiple sectors internationally.

 

Kevin is a Stepping Out accredited coach who helps his clients:

- Review their underlying assumptions

- Own what they really want and need

- Develop practical strategies to lead change

 

Kevin also has particular interest in leadership wellness. He has written his own column on leadership of self and living well in TRAIL magazine for over 10 years and leads bespoke wellness retreats for leaders in transition.

 

Kevin is based on the Cooley Peninsula in Ireland where he spends his free time running far and cooking slowly.
