Her global research for her book and podcast series Inspiring Women Leaders has led to the development of an 8-point Inspiring Leadership CompassTM , Global Leadership Academy, tools and technologies, enabling leaders to address their 21st Century challenges. Leigh’s international experience as a senior executive driving culture change, leadership, diversity and talent development in organisations going through immense change, including the financial crises and impact of terror attacks in the travel industry.
