Lincoln provides coaching and facilitation to individuals who have reached a career cross roads. For the last 18 years he has worked across the career management and outplacement industry, working with clients ranging from graduates to board directors of FTSE companies and partners of professional services firms.

His early career was in local government and recruitment before moving into the careers industry where he worked for two of largest companies in the industry. His specialist areas include helping clients broaden their thinking in areas such as exploring news areas of focus, portfolio careers, interim management, business startup, social media, online and offline networking.
