Ray Lamb is a Partner with the Learning Corporation which is focused on Executive Coaching and Facilitation.

 

Previously held senior positions in the IBM corporation as a leader in the UK organisation, and as a consultant, coach and facilitator globally, working with senior executives and their teams in a context of significant culture change.

 

He has taught the coach approach to leadership at all levels over many years.

 

Ray is an accredited Stepping Out Coach as well as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a ‘Time to Think’ accredited coach.

 

Ray has more than 20 years working as an executive coach and facilitator of senior teams in a variety of clients across private and public sectors, as well as internationally. He’s worked with many leaders as they’ve made transitions in their personal and organisation roles.
