Tom Bell is founder of “Trust, Align, Grow Coaching and Consulting”, an international coaching and consulting firm providing 1-1 or team coaching. Tom is passionate about helping professionals and business leaders, no matter what country they reside in, to reach their goals, with no regrets.

 

Tom is an accredited Stepping Out Coach and is applying the principles of Stepping Out as he lives his dream to work from where he wants and to provide coaching support to clients across the globe.

 

Previously Tom was the Chief Business Strategy Officer and Chief People Officer, with Carolina CAT, one of the leading Caterpillar dealers. Tom has over 30 years of experience and has worked across industries and with companies and clients across the world.  

 

Tom is a certified Executive Coach through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and graduate in ‘Business and Executive Coaching’ at the University College of Dublin in Ireland.
