Denise McGahan is an accredited Stepping Out coach. Based in Belfast, she is an experienced executive coach, team coach and facilitator with an international client base.

 

Her background is in management consulting and she has over 20 years’ experience in organisational change and people development, working with Accenture, PwC and Deloitte. This experience continues to inform and enrich her work as a coach and facilitator today, supporting organisations to define and embed positive workplace cultures.

 

Denise has a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology. Her special interest is in identity development in later years. She supports clients to find meaning and fulfilment and works with them to design a life that reflects their unique strengths and motivations.

 

In short, she helps people to become themselves.
