Oliver Johnston is the Founder of Stepping Out from the Top Team.

 

In December 2020 he retired from his professional coaching practice, ‘Oliver Johnston, Coach, Facilitator, Teacher’, in order to concentrate solely on leading the Stepping Out practice. He is an accredited Stepping Out Coach and a highly experienced top team advisor and facilitator.

 

Previously, Oliver was Director of Leadership Consulting at Penna PLC

 

Oliver is a business consultant with an international reputation in change, organisation development and leadership development.

 

He has practiced for 25 years in the executive suite as a:

• coach – working 1-1 with senior executives

• facilitator – working with top-of-the-pyramid teams

• teacher – designing and enabling individual and team learning
